Cancellation Policy – SEEYA In Transit

1. General Rules
  • All cancellations must be submitted to us in writing by email at help@seeyaintransit.com.

  • Cancellations take effect from the date we receive your written notice.

  • Our service fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Supplier Policies
  • Each booking (flights, hotel, tours, transfers) is subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the airline, hotel or tour operator providing the service.

  • We will inform you of the relevant supplier’s policy at the time of booking.

  • Some bookings may be non-refundable or only partially refundable, especially discounted or promotional fares.

  • If a supplier denies a refund, SEEYA In Transit cannot override that decision.

3. Refund Processing
  • If you are entitled to a refund, it will be processed once received from the supplier.

  • Refund timelines vary depending on the supplier and may take several weeks.

  • Refunds will be paid in the same currency and to the same payment method used for the booking, less our service fees.

4. Changes to Bookings
  • Changes (such as date changes, name corrections or destination changes) may be treated as cancellations by the supplier and may incur additional costs.

  • We will advise you of any fees before confirming changes.

5. No-Shows and Late Changes
  • Failure to show up for your booking or cancelling after the supplier’s deadline may result in no refund.

  • Airlines and hotels typically classify this as a “no-show” and retain the full payment.

6. Force Majeure
  • In cases of extraordinary circumstances beyond your or our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes or government restrictions), cancellation terms will depend on the supplier’s policy.

  • We will assist you in rebooking or claiming any refunds available.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Insurance may cover cancellations due to illness, emergencies or other unforeseen events that suppliers will not refund.
