Cancellation Policy

At SEEYA In Transit, we understand that travel plans sometimes change.

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, flexible and transparent. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Our fees – Our service fees are non-refundable.

  • Supplier rules apply – Refunds depend on the airline, hotel or tour operator’s cancellation policy. Some bookings may be non-refundable.

  • Changes – Date changes, name corrections or other changes may be treated as cancellations by suppliers and could cost extra.

  • Refund timelines – If a refund is approved, it’s processed once received from the supplier, which can take a few weeks.

  • No-shows – Missing your flight or booking usually means no refund.

  • Force majeure – For extraordinary events (like natural disasters, pandemics or strikes), we’ll help you rebook or request refunds, but supplier rules still apply.

  • Insurance – We recommend having travel insurance to cover cancellations due to illness, emergencies or anything unexpected.
