At SEEYA In Transit, we want your booking process to be simple and transparent. Here are the key points you should know:

  • Bookings – Your booking is only confirmed once payment is received and we send you written confirmation. Please double-check your details, especially names on passports.

  • Payments – All payments are made securely through PayFast. Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR).

  • Cancellations & Refunds – Refunds depend on the policies of airlines, hotels or tour operators. Our service fees are non-refundable. We’ll help you with claims, but suppliers make the final call.

  • Travel Documents – You’re ultimately responsible for having the right passports, visas, health documents and insurance for your trip.

  • Liability – We act as your travel agent, working with trusted suppliers. We aren’t responsible for delays, cancellations or events beyond our control, but we’ll support you where possible.

  • Insurance – We strongly recommend getting travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical issues and emergencies.

  • Data Protection – Your personal information (including passport details) is handled securely and in line with POPIA, GDPR and other applicable laws.
